The Resilient Kitchen, a Transition Ottawa Project, is a series of workshops on home-making skills such as food preservation (canning and fermentation) yoghurt and cheese making, bake your own sourdough bread and more.  The workshops are free of charge and everyone is welcome.  Donations are appreciated but not obligatory and go to the Workshop Leader and to Resilient Kitchen to cover material and printing costs.  All the workshops are in Ottawa, Ontario.

We welcome your feedback and any suggestions you may have.  If you want to give a workshop, we’d love to hear from you!  These workshops are totally facilitated  by volunteers.   We are interested in having folks share skills in a community setting.  Contact us at resilientkitchen@gmail.com.

We are grateful to our workshop leaders and other volunteers, without whom, this workshop series would not be possible.

We are also grateful for CCOC who have provided us with a wonderful space for these workshops free of charge.

Transition Ottawa is grassroots organization . For more information, visit their website.
